Ekpang Nkunkwo is a Nigerian dish native to Cross River and Akwa Ibom.

Ekpang can be prepared with ingredients such as cocoyam, water yam, periwinkles both shelled and unshelled crayfish, snail ,pepper, cocoyam tender leaves, pumpkin leaves, scent leaves, offal, palm oil, dry fish, and meat.
